1 Cigarette a day

It’s perfectly normal to want the occasional cigarette but one cigarette can lead to another and then another. Remind yourself that becoming a non-smoker is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.

One cigarette doesn’t mean that you’ve given up but you need to immediately get back to your quit plan. Need help through the weak moments?

5 Ciagrettes a day

You are getting used to smoking again. You’ve relapsed and need to look at why one cigarette has multiplied itself to five or ten. You need to examine your cravings and why you are reacting for cigarettes again.

10 Cigarettes a day

So, you aren’t where you started but this is a relapse. You need to figure out why you’ve returned to smoking. Is it the cravings or managing your habits? Commit to starting again and finding ways to manage those weak moments.

Too Many to count

You’ve relapsed. Accept it and plan to try again. This time, think about what you’ve learned and how you can approach quitting differently. What worked? What helped keep you on track and what was the most difficult part of the process?
